Delta Xi Sigma Alumnae Chapter

Women interested in membership at the graduate level must hold a degree from a four-year accredited educational institution. Potential members of the Delta Xi Sigma Alumnae Chapter should be principled women who demonstrate a commitment to service in their community, and a capacity for leadership or ability to contribute in a team setting.

Founder Mary Lou Allison Gardner Little organized the Rhoer Club as an affiliate organization of Sigma Gamma Rho. Young girls from 12 to 18 years old are members who organize on the local, regional, and national levels to help other young people develop leadership skills and learn about their heritage. Sigma Gamma Rho chapters are dedicated to aiding Rhoers become women of substance, dedicated to service.

The Rhosebud Club is an affiliate of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. providing young girls ages 8 through 11 support, commitment, and encouragement to help them develop and succeed in their life's endeavors.  The Delta Xi Sigma Rhosebub Club was established in the spring of 2018. 

The women of Sigma Gamma Rho have long collaborate with women in their communities who are non-members. In 1954 such auxiliaries were given the name “Philo”, meaning Friend and in 1980 the Philos were organized on a national level. They contribute community service hours and funds to aid Sigma Gamma Rho’s mission.
